Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchange

We’re sorry, but we do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind. All items are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
 

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at furlovenbeyond@outlook.sg within 7 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days of your original purchase.
 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns after 7 days. For any product enquiries, feel free to reach out to us via chat or on Instagram @furlovenbeyond

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be in new, unused condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Not show any signs of damage or wear (fur, odour)
     

A few things to note:

  • You’ll be responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges (both sending the original item back and shipping the replacement to you).

  • We’re not liable for parcels lost in transit, so please use a tracked delivery service.

  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
     

By placing an order, you’re agreeing to these policies. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
