Return & Exchange Policy

All items are thoroughly checked for defects before shipping. In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us via email at furlovenbeyond@outlook.sg
 


Returns
If you unfortunately change your mind after the purchase, we accept returns within 7 days upon delivery. Send us an email at furlovenbeyond@outlook.sg and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

Just a heads-up: We cannot accept returns for items after 7 days, or for products that have been used, show signs of wear (fur, odour) or are missing their original packaging or tags.

Exchange

Need a different size or style? No problem — we understand that shopping for pets isn’t always easy.

To request an exchange, simply email us at furlovenbeyond@outlook.sg within 7 days upon delivery. Exchanges will be subject to product availability. Any requests for exchange after 7 days will not be approved..
 

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be in new, unused condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Not show any signs of damage or wear (fur, odour)
     

A few things to note:

  • You’ll be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return / exchange (both sending the original item back to us and shipping the new item to you).

  • Return parcels that get lost in transit are not our responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

  • Customised or personalised items can’t be returned or exchanged.
     

By placing an order, you’re agreeing to these policies. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
